• You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
• If you return a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 30 days by sending an email to bambam.amsterdam020@gmail.com with:
• A clear description of the issue.
• Photos of the damaged or defective item.
• Your order number.

Upon review, we will provide further instructions on returning the item or receiving a replacement. Return shipping costs for non-defective products are the customer's responsibility. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
